Safety Champion’s Site Attendance and Visitor Module allows you to maintain a register of all persons who attend your workplace or worksite. Both sign-in and sign-out activity is captured within the module along with the visitors name, contact details, and any other information you wish to request.

This module allows you to have both current and future visibility of those who sign-in when attending your site on any given day.

Within this module you can program in site induction information, and request the person signing-in to answer a set of customisable questions, allowing you to collect any information you require.

 

Why do you need to know who is onsite?

Our site attendance module will help can help you to keep track of who is on site. This information can be used at the time of emergency, or used to review who was onsite over a particular period if there is a security concern.

How? We have established geo-boundary prompts that can be activated for when visitors sign-in or sign-out.

Simply configure and set the geo-boundary radius specific to your businesses needs.

With the help of mobile location data, you can set this module up so:

  • visitors can only sign-in within the set geo-boundary, or
  • visitors will be prompted to sign-out when they leave the set geo-boundary.

Now you have clean and complete records. Easy!
